Fishing planet unique barbel2/1/2024 I'm not finding Brazil to be anything like California or Michigan where you just catch the fish over and over and over again and load up the net. Though I keep following these youtube videos and going to these spots, but I finally get there and fish at the time recommended on the video, and the exact weather pattern, and if I'm lucky I might catch one fish there I might catch one if I'm lucky, a small one, and that's it. KP Shamino's videos show the same, young Arapaima giving him less than young sharks. So I don't know how catching a fish that gives me less XP and less cash is not listening to someone. Down the stream under the bridge away from the Asp is where I can. I got more money from the young sharks than the young Arapaima. The young sharks were giving me up to 3,000 XP. The young Arapaima I was catching gave less XP than the young sharks. range so it cannot hold high XP Uniques.ΔΆ. Sorry you don't want to listen to people who have been fishing there since release. Arapaima will get you xp and money faster than sharks. You are going to waste your 30 day pond pass and premium fishing for sharks. Would rather catch sharks for xp and money. bottom rods hold 53 lb braid, floats too lite for fishing their. Just enough to maintain a 3 dot twitch.Originally posted by TurtleHermit:Level 50. Not a big swooping twitch on speed 2, just a slow drag on speed 1, and twitch it off the bottom maybe a foot or two. I was having the best luck with trophies twitching a 1/2oz. Those Sauger, at least for me, are a finicky bunch. But only caught them up around the right hand campfire. I got in my kayak the other day, went to the other side, and staying maybe 30' to 40' from the bank, worked the entire shore line casting parallel to said shore line, up and back several times trying everything I had. Caught several trophies on live bait and lures, but no Uni for me lol. The other side of the lake by the right hand campfire is the only place I can catch Whitefish. I have a feeling the Whitefish will be the very last to make an appearance. Like yourself Mitch, I think I need 10 or 11 to complete the list. Nobody seems to have caught it or knows where it is. The uni Sauger just won't drop for me, but the uni Whitefish in Alberta is the one currently driving me nuts.
